This project stems from one of D&AD’s 2019 live briefs presented by Virgin Atlantic, challenging participants to conceive a fresh identity for a new flight and hotel sub-brand.
Meet 'Virgin Venture,' tailored for the adventurous souls seeking unique travel experiences. This innovative app and website redefine holiday bookings by introducing categories and destinations as primary search criteria. Setting it apart is the 'Venture Luck' feature, designed for risk-takers. The interface of this section is inspired by the popular Tinder app, this feature lets users swiftly navigate, save, or book pre-planned holidays. The only detail needed from the person is a date.
Complementing the digital experience are interactive posters mirroring the app's functionality. A simple tap on the screen reveals a new destination, and users can conveniently employ NFC to save the details for future reference.
